So, as new to your blog, what is this Sunday Music Club thing you speak of? It seems quite interesting. If the topics are applied like I imagine they would be, I'm facinated I think.

Well it's more or less a social event held every 2-3 weeks where everybody gets a chance to play DJ. About a week prior to SMC the theme is announced and people start to pick out songs that represent their interpretation of the theme. Any genre or time period is allowed. For example once we did The Seven Dwarves, and for "Grumpy" Jenn picked Mrs. Behavior "Hit That Bitch With a Bottle."

On game day we gather around 4 in the afternoon and establish an order among those in attendance. Then we play our songs round-robin style. It usually takes 4-5 hours to play through the entire theme. Sometimes we double up on a category, usually the last one. Scorekeeping of any kind is forbidden.

Oh and we also get shitface drunk while this is happening. And we usually eat something too. Y'all really should come down and hang with us sometime.

Failing that I guess you could do it wherever you happen to be. You can just paypal your membership fees to me.
